We are currently seeking an upbeat Front Desk Agent to join our team and manage all aspects of front desk operations. This pivotal role serves as the primary point of reference for guests and vendors, requiring an individual who excels in communication and provides courteous, professional service in a fast-paced environment. The Front Desk Agent will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, process payments according to established hotel policies, provide comprehensive information and assistance, and prepare essential shift reports for management. This position may require flexible scheduling to accommodate variable guest occupancy, seasonal demands, and staffing needs. Job Requirements

  • Check-in and check-out hotel guests

  • Manage front desk operations efficiently
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
