As a Front Desk Clerk or Guest Services Clerk at Concord Hospitality, you will play a pivotal role as the first point of contact for guests, serving as the cornerstone of guest interaction from the moment of arrival until departure. This position is primarily weekend-focused, demanding a proactive, responsive, and caring approach to hospitality. The role demands an individual who enjoys engaging with people, possesses a winning personality, and who takes pride in delivering exceptional service with professionalism and courtesy. You will be responsible for assisting guests efficiently while maintaining a high level of service and hospitality standards that reflect the Concord brand. Your duties will include addressing guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction, handling payments and guest charges aligned with cash handling policies, managing guest mail and messages with confidentiality, and staying well-informed about hotel amenities, travel programs, and special offers to better assist guests. Strong communication skills will enable you to effectively relay guest feedback to relevant departments and management, ensuring that the hotel continuously improves its service based on guest experiences. You will also be tasked with responding swiftly to guest inquiries, visitors, and team needs in the lobby while upholding safety and emergency preparedness standards consistently.
