Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience or training
- Ability to perform necessary computer tasks
- Effective communication skills in English
- Capacity to maintain professional and friendly demeanor under pressure
- Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues
- Flexibility to work assigned shifts and schedules
- Willingness to perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience or training
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Proficiency in computer tasks related to the role
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Experience in hospitality or front desk roles preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Check guests in and out efficiently and with a friendly demeanor
- Handle cashier functions including posting charges accurately and maintaining cash receipts
- Manage reservation functions such as entering and updating group files
- Provide concierge services by informing guests about local entertainment and amenities
- Adhere to resort policies and report violations to Human Resources
- Resolve guest complaints, disputes, and conflicts promptly and professionally
- Maintain good working relationships across all hotel departments
- Monitor, sell, and post items from the Sundries shop
- Collect guest feedback and comment cards enthusiastically
- Present a consistent friendly disposition and professional demeanor
