The role of a Front Desk Agent at Founders Inn and Spa is pivotal in shaping the guest experience from the moment they arrive until their departure. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience or training
  • Ability to perform necessary computer tasks
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Capacity to maintain professional and friendly demeanor under pressure
  • Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Flexibility to work assigned shifts and schedules
  • Willingness to perform additional tasks as assigned by management

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience or training
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English
  • Proficiency in computer tasks related to the role
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Experience in hospitality or front desk roles preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Check guests in and out efficiently and with a friendly demeanor
  • Handle cashier functions including posting charges accurately and maintaining cash receipts
  • Manage reservation functions such as entering and updating group files
  • Provide concierge services by informing guests about local entertainment and amenities
  • Adhere to resort policies and report violations to Human Resources
  • Resolve guest complaints, disputes, and conflicts promptly and professionally
  • Maintain good working relationships across all hotel departments
  • Monitor, sell, and post items from the Sundries shop
  • Collect guest feedback and comment cards enthusiastically
  • Present a consistent friendly disposition and professional demeanor
