Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous front desk experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of hotel processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and friendliness at all times
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests providing them with superb customer service
- Answer all customer questions in person and over the phone
- Redirect incoming phone calls to the appropriate department and take messages when necessary
- Monitor organize and forward emails to appropriate personnel
- Accurately process customer monetary transactions
- Ensure the front desk area is neat presentable and equipped with all necessary supplies
- Accept all letters and packages distributing them to the appropriate departments and personnel as necessary
- Maintain customer records and files
- Perform various other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor
