Job Duties

  • Greet guests providing them with superb customer service
  • Answer all customer questions in person and over the phone
  • Redirect incoming phone calls to the appropriate department and take messages when necessary
  • Monitor organize and forward emails to appropriate personnel
  • Accurately process customer monetary transactions
  • Ensure the front desk area is neat presentable and equipped with all necessary supplies
  • Accept all letters and packages distributing them to the appropriate departments and personnel as necessary
  • Maintain customer records and files
  • Perform various other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor
