Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand for extended periods

  • Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred

Job Duties

  • manage check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately

  • handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and care
  • ensure every guest interaction reflects Sonesta’s commitment to excellence
  • process payments, post charges, and manage guest accounts securely
  • issue room keys and safe deposit boxes
  • maintain confidentiality of guest information and financial transactions
  • support reservation changes, cancellations, and new bookings
  • promote room upgrades and hotel services to enhance guest experience and maximize revenue
  • provide information about hotel amenities, dining, and local attractions
  • coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to fulfill guest requests
  • stay informed on hotel offerings, promotions, and local events
  • support overall front office operations and team success
