Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Physical ability to perform tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Greeting and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assisting with verifying reservations and providing information about services and policies
- Handling check-out procedures including processing payments and issuing invoices
- Managing incoming phone calls and emails, directing them appropriately
- Overseeing reservation management including cancellations and modifications
- Addressing guest requests and resolving complaints courteously
- Performing administrative tasks such as managing mail, visitor logs, and maintaining front desk organization
- Monitoring premises access and collaborating with security personnel
- Handling cash transactions accurately and reconciling cash drawer
- Multi-tasking with guest service, communication, and administrative duties
- Collaborating with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams
- Following emergency procedures and assisting during incidents
