Their dedication to quality is reflected in the level of professionalism and care exhibited by their team members who provide frontline services that enhance everyday living for residents and guests. The company emphasizes a professional, friendly, and welcoming attitude as a cornerstone of their service, fostering strong community relations and setting the standard for luxury amenity staffing nationwide.

The role open is for a Front Desk Associate, a vital position that places you at the heart of luxury residential and commercial properties. As a Front Desk Associate at NFC Amenity Management, you become the first point of contact for residents and their guests, providing a warm and professional welcome that embodies the company’s commitment to excellence. This part-time position offers competitive compensation at $21 per hour. The role demands an individual who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and is adept at multitasking and maintaining a high level of customer service.

On a typical day, you will engage directly with residents, monitoring the lobby area, handling all incoming calls, managing package and food deliveries, and ensuring smooth communication between residents, guests, property management, and team members. The role requires adhering to property-specific protocols, effectively facilitating access for contractors, realtors, and potential buyers or renters, and promptly addressing questions or concerns from residents. Your presence at the front desk plays a crucial role in creating a secure, hospitable environment that makes residents feel truly at home.

Candidates must display key attributes including outgoing personality, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. The position requires wearing a supplied uniform and embodying a professional image at all times. Moreover, NFC Amenity Management supports its employees through various benefits such as paid training, weekly pay, health coverage options, paid time off starting from day one, and opportunities for career development through NFC University training courses. This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to build a fulfilling career in hospitality and luxury property management.
