Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to assist with luggage and stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and passion for excellence in guest service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds

Job Duties
- Help guests discover their Wanderlust experience
- Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
- Interact with all guests and welcome them to the hotel
- Open guests’ doors upon arrival by motor vehicle
- Escort and orient guests to the front desk for check-in
- Park and retrieve guests’ vehicles as requested
- Escort guests and their luggage to their room while explaining hotel amenities
- Work collaboratively with other attendants to personalize guest experiences
- Assist lobby attendant in keeping entrance area clean and organized
- Go above and beyond standard service to exceed guest expectations
