Job Description

Block LLP is a rapidly growing plaintiff personal injury law firm located in Burbank, California. Our mission is to deliver exceptional results and exemplary service to our clients, who are mostly individuals and families coping with personal injury issues. We pride ourselves on our compassionate approach while maintaining expert advocacy to support our clients through some of the most challenging times in their lives. As a company, we foster a vibrant culture anchored on five core values: Vibrant Culture, Teamwork, Relentless Pursuit of Excellence, Dependability, and Exemplary Service. These values guide our daily operations, how we collaborate internally, and the way we provide unparalleled service to our clients. At Block LLP, we value diversity and encourage applicants from all backgrounds to join our dynamic team.

This position is a full-time Front Desk Administrator role, based in our Burbank office. The salary range for this role is $20 to $25 per hour, reflecting competitive compensation for the region. As the Front Desk Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, which means you will play a crucial part in shaping the first impressions of our firm. You will be responsible for greeting and welcoming all guests with professionalism and a positive attitude, answering and directing incoming phone calls, and maintaining an organized and inviting reception area. Your role will also include handling incoming mail, deliveries, and legal documents with utmost accuracy and discretion. You will be tasked with performing essential administrative functions such as data entry, filing, scanning, and assisting with document preparation to support the legal team. Coordination with different internal departments to aid smooth daily operations is also a key part of your responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should bring experience from front desk, receptionist, customer service, or administrative support roles, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, demonstrates strong organizational skills, and pays close attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel is required, along with familiarity with office management or case management software. Beyond technical skills, a professional demeanor combined with a customer-focused mindset will enable you to deliver exemplary service consistently.

Joining Block LLP not only offers you the chance to work with a collaborative and supportive team but also provides multiple growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding firm. We believe in investing in our team members through training and professional development programs, and we regularly host firm-sponsored events and team activities to build camaraderie and celebrate accomplishments. We also provide excellent benefits including participation in our 401(k) program, nine paid firm holidays annually plus additional time off, and other perks designed to promote a positive and productive work environment.

If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and want to grow your career with a team that values integrity, dependability, and excellence, then Block LLP is the place for you. Apply today and become a valued part of our welcoming and vibrant workplace!
