As a Front Desk Administrative Assistant, you will serve as the initial point of contact for the company, greeting employees, vendors, and visitors warmly and professionally. The position involves managing light phone and walk-in traffic, ensuring that communications are appropriately routed to the right departments or individuals. Key duties include comprehensive data entry, maintenance of spreadsheets, assisting with purchase and work orders, and supporting various administrative needs across different departments. You will use Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Outlook, Teams, and custom internal systems to perform these tasks efficiently.

Job Duties
- Greet employees, vendors, and visitors as they come into the office
- answer and route incoming phone calls
- handle light front desk traffic and serve as the first point of contact
- complete data entry and maintain spreadsheets
- scan documents and send them to the appropriate internal teams
- assist with purchase orders, work orders, job/order information, and other administrative tasks
- support customer service and other departments with overflow admin work
- use Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and internal systems
- help maintain an organized and professional front office environment
