Currently, SNI Companies is hiring a Front Desk Administrative Assistant for a stable, family-owned company located in the Tampa and Temple Terrace area of Florida. This position offers a temp-to-hire opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $18. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, making it an ideal role for individuals seeking consistent daytime hours within a professional office setting.

The Front Desk Administrative Assistant role is designed for someone who enjoys routine administrative responsibilities and thrives in a quieter, steady work environment. This position acts as the first point of contact for employees, vendors, and visitors entering the office, making professionalism and dependable customer service crucial qualities for success. Key responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering and routing incoming phone calls, handling light front desk traffic, and maintaining an organized and professional front office area. The individual will also be responsible for completing data entry tasks, managing spreadsheets, scanning documents, and supporting teams by assisting with purchase orders, work orders, and job or order information. Moreover, the assistant will support customer service and other departments, especially during periods of overflow administrative work, ensuring smooth operational workflows.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, Teams, and internal company systems is essential for this role. Job Requirements
