Job Requirements
- Must be willing and able to obtain and maintain or currently possess a Secret security clearance
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 0700 to 1500 in person at the BGIF in Boulder, CO
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service
- Prior experience in event management and administrative logistics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Willingness to collaborate and lead when necessary
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in administrative support or customer service roles
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and team members
- Experience in event planning or coordination desirable
Job Duties
- Provide front desk presence at TAP LAB greeting and managing vendor and customer relationships ensuring service levels are met
- Coordinate Visitor Access Requests verifying clearance with security teams and administering badges
- Support event planning and execution including forms verification and arrival coordination
- Manage full event lifecycle from inception to implementation collaborating with clients and scheduling multiple events weekly
- Provide general support to government and TLOSS teams including daily calendar management and being a point of contact for inquiries
- Coordinate personnel engagement activities such as farewell parties and special occasion recognitions
- Handle facility support tasks including ordering supplies, coordinating janitorial services, and managing break room provisions
- Assist with calendar and communication management
- Maintain org charts, distribution lists, and personnel directories
