The Women’s Business Center within CPLC Prestamos serves as a vital hub for resources, education, and support tailored to women entrepreneurs. The Front Desk role at this center is much more than just managing phone calls; it serves as the nerve center for all activities and interactions within the Women’s Business Center. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement that balances on-site presence with remote work, allowing flexibility depending on class and event schedules.
In this critical administrative role, the individual will be the first point of contact, greeting clients, visitors, and handling incoming communications professionally and efficiently. They will manage the daily operational flow of the office and provide essential support to the program staff to ensure all activities run smoothly. Responsibilities extend to managing inbound and outbound communications including phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and voicemails, while maintaining up-to-date client records within CRM systems to ensure accuracy and facilitate effective reporting.
The successful candidate for this role will be highly organized, dependable, and adept at managing multiple priorities within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish are required, ensuring clear and professional interactions with a diverse clientele and stakeholders. - 1+ year of administrative or related experience preferred
- bilingual English/Spanish required
- ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
