Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • 1+ year of administrative or related experience preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Professionalism in communication and interaction
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative or related experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary front desk contact for clients, visitors, and incoming calls
  • Support daily office operations to maintain an organized and professional environment
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications including calls, emails, walk-ins, and voicemails
  • Maintain and update client records within CRM systems to ensure accuracy and reporting integrity
  • Support program staff with administrative tasks
  • Prioritize daily activities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Uphold professionalism and excellent customer service in all interactions
