Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- 1+ year of administrative or related experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Professionalism in communication and interaction
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems

Job Duties
- Serve as the primary front desk contact for clients, visitors, and incoming calls
- Support daily office operations to maintain an organized and professional environment
- Manage inbound and outbound communications including calls, emails, walk-ins, and voicemails
- Maintain and update client records within CRM systems to ensure accuracy and reporting integrity
- Support program staff with administrative tasks
- Prioritize daily activities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Uphold professionalism and excellent customer service in all interactions
