Job Duties

  • Greet guests upon arrival, confirm reservations, assign rooms, and issue keys
  • process all guest check-ins and check-outs, and handle reservations and cancellations
  • provide information about hotel services, facilities, and surrounding areas
  • answer phones, handle guest inquiries, and resolve any issues with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure optimal room readiness and address any guest concerns
  • manage billing and payment processes, ensuring accuracy in all transactions
  • maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
