Job Duties
- Greet guests and register them upon arrival
- Perform guest transactions including check-in and check-out
- Make and modify reservations accurately
- Handle hotel operator and concierge duties
- Resolve guest complaints professionally and courteously
- Maintain key control including issuing and receiving room and master keys
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely room repairs and updated room status
