Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- excellent communication skills
- detail-oriented and able to multi-task
- basic proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
- ability to handle cash responsibly
- knowledge of safety and security procedures
- availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

- ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests and perform guest registration
- make and modify reservations
- handle hotel operator and concierge duties
- provide attentive, courteous and efficient guest service throughout stay
- settle guest accounts upon completion of stay
- handle and resolve guest complaints professionally
- manage cash control and balancing of reports
- process credit card transactions and operate phone system
- ensure room status is updated and coordinate timely room repairs
- use persuasive selling techniques to maximize room revenue
- maintain key control and process lost and found items
- assist in training new staff
- participate in positive work environment
- adhere to hotel safety and security policies
