We are currently seeking a dedicated Guest Service Representative to join our team under the supervision of the General Manager. This role is pivotal in ensuring every guest receives attentive and courteous service throughout their stay. The Guest Service Representative is responsible for greeting and registering guests, handling hotel operator and concierge duties, managing reservations, and settling accounts upon guest departure. This position requires a positive, upbeat personality, the ability to multitask efficiently, and strong communication skills to deliver outstanding customer service. The representative will also be responsible for promoting room sales, assisting with training new staff, and adhering to all safety and security protocols, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and staff. This role is essential in maximizing room revenue and maintaining high occupancy levels while fostering a positive, enjoyable work atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to resolve guest complaints professionally, and maintain confidentiality in all interactions.
