Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a healthcare or clinic setting preferred
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Dependability and punctuality
- Strong work ethic

- Excellent customer service skills

- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with customer service or front desk roles preferred
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using office software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and understand HIPAA regulations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Welcoming patients and confirming demographic and account details in our system
- Answering questions and providing guidance throughout the visit process
- Managing incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Keeping clinic paperwork and patient forms stocked and organized
- Handling patient payments, posting charges, and providing receipts
- Uploading and scanning medical records and supporting documentation
- Protecting confidential patient information at all times
- Verifying insurance information and assisting with patient concerns
- Maintaining a professional, approachable attitude with both patients and coworkers
- Learning additional clinic duties through cross-training opportunities
- Helping with tasks outside your primary role when clinic needs arise
- Looking for ways to improve workflows and support team success
- Carrying out daily responsibilities in alignment with our mission, vision, and values
