HealthCARE Express emphasizes innovation, teamwork, and continuous personal and professional growth for its staff, making it an ideal place for those seeking a meaningful career in healthcare. The company is dedicated to creating an inviting, safe, and efficient experience for patients and staff alike, balancing operational excellence with compassion and respect.

The Director of First Impressions (D.O.F.I.) at HealthCARE Express plays a crucial role in shaping the patient experience from the moment they walk through the door. This is not just a front desk position; it is a vital connection point where welcoming warmth, high professionalism, and efficient handling of administrative duties come together. As the first face and voice of the clinic, the D.O.F.I. is responsible for creating a positive and lasting impression that influences the entire patient visit. This role requires someone who can combine upbeat personality with strong organizational skills while maintaining a professional demeanor. The Director of First Impressions ensures that clinic operations run smoothly by managing patient check-ins, answering questions, handling phone inquiries, and supporting a variety of administrative tasks.

HealthCARE Express seeks dependable and personable individuals who can thrive in a dynamic healthcare environment. The D.O.F.I. will confirm patient demographics and insurance information, assist with payments, process medical records, and work to maintain confidentiality in line with HIPAA standards. The role includes cross-training opportunities to learn additional clinic functions, helping with other tasks as needed, and encouraging workflow improvements. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with no weekend shifts, providing a great work-life balance. Starting pay begins at $15.00 per hour, depending on experience, and the role comes with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long-term disability, and paid time off among others.

Joining HealthCARE Express means becoming part of a team that values the balance of hard work and fun. From themed dress-up days to a culture of encouragement and innovation, employees are supported to build long-term rewarding careers. If you are passionate about helping people, enjoy engaging with others, and want to be the welcoming face patients see first, this opportunity is a perfect fit. Apply today to start making meaningful impacts every day as the Director of First Impressions at HealthCARE Express.
