Job Requirements
- Complete front desk training at Burke Williams training facility
- Ability to work in multiple departments including concierge, front desk, and spa attendant roles
- Ability to stand and walk for 95 percent of shift
- Ability to lift items for organizing and cleaning spa and retail areas
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Dependable and punctual
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic sales ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury spa environment
- Familiarity with spa services and products is an asset
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
