We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Front Desk professional to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This role is integral to our operations, acting as the first point of contact for patients and playing a critical part in supporting our medical professionals in the assessment, treatment, and care of individuals with various vein disorders. The position offers an hourly pay rate of $21.00 to $23.00 and benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and paid time off.

As a Front Desk team member at our facility, you will contribute to creating an efficient, welcoming, and organized environment for patients and staff. You will handle a variety of responsibilities, including assisting medical professionals during patient assessments, performing routine medical tasks such as taking vital signs and updating medical records, and educating patients on their treatment plans and post-procedure care. Your ability to maintain a high standard of organization by preparing examination rooms and ensuring cleanliness will support seamless operations. In addition, you will provide essential support during vein procedures and collaborate closely with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care. Upholding patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards are fundamental to this role, ensuring that all interactions and information handled are managed with the utmost integrity.
