Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental front desk or receptionist role preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with scheduling and insurance verification
- Friendly and patient-centered approach

Job Duties
- Complete daily insurance verifications for all scheduled patients
- Greet patients by first name and assist them throughout their office visit
- Serve as the face of the company providing friendly service to patients in person and on the phone
- Confirm all future appointments
- Assist patients with billing questions
- Submit insurance claims with proper attachments and narratives
- Follow-up with unscheduled recare and treatment appointments
