Our hotel operates in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry are essential for success. As part of our dedicated team, employees are encouraged to contribute to an enjoyable and supportive workplace, helping to uphold our strong reputation as a preferred lodging destination.

The Guest Service Representative role is a crucial position within our hotel management team, reporting directly to the General Manager. This role involves maintaining confidentiality and security standards, managing key control, and assisting with financial transactions such as account settlements and balancing reports. A positive attitude and the ability to multitask in a detail-oriented manner are essential to succeed in this position.

The job also includes responsibilities related to safety and loss prevention, requiring strict adherence to OSHA, state, and federal guidelines, as well as completing mandatory training in security and health standards. Collaboration with other hotel departments is necessary to ensure room status updates and maintenance requests are handled promptly. Effective selling techniques are used to promote rooms and marketing programs, contributing to the overall business growth. Additionally, Guest Service Representatives assist with training new employees and foster a positive and enjoyable work environment consistent with the hotel’s values.

This role demands familiarity with computer operations including Microsoft Office suite, phone system management, and experience handling confidential guest information. Understanding hotel policies related to cancellations, extended stays, room types, and special requests is required to provide accurate and efficient service. Guest Service Representatives must be professional in appearance and demeanor, demonstrating genuine hospitality while upholding company standards.
