We are currently hiring a Guest Service Representative to join our dynamic front-desk team. This position is vital in representing our brand and enhancing guest satisfaction from the moment of their arrival until departure. The Guest Service Representative is responsible for greeting and registering guests, managing reservations, and providing concierge services. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong commitment to excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively under pressure.

The responsibilities also include handling guest complaints tactfully, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring compliance with all safety and security policies. Our Guest Service Representatives play a key role in promoting guest loyalty by using persuasive selling techniques to maximize room revenue and occupancy. Additionally, this position involves managing financial transactions, operating hotel phone systems and reservation software, and collaborating with other departments to ensure room readiness and timely repairs.

This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive salary in the hospitality industry. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hotel front desk or customer service preferred
  • Proficient in basic math and understanding financial information
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Understanding of hotel products and services such as food and beverage and recreation

Job Duties
