Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in a customer service-focused role
- Valid driver's license without major infractions for six months
- Ability to work standing and moving around hotel property for entire shift
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to solve guest-related issues promptly
- Friendly and engaging personality
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of customer service experience with high guest interaction
- Valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last six months
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Pleasant and helpful personality
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately
- Register guests while ensuring proper credit and recording special requests
- Provide detailed information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Promote and sell hotel programs and services
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to facilitate guest services
- Maintain front desk cash bank and follow procedures for transactions
