As a Front Desk Admin, you will be responsible for greeting patients warmly upon arrival and managing the check-in and check-out procedures with precision. You will also handle appointment scheduling and inquiries through various communication channels, maintaining smooth and organized workflows.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exemplary patient rapport. Experience in a dental customer service environment is preferred, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced setting. This position offers full-time and part-time employment options, with competitive hourly pay ranging from $21.60 to $23.11. Additionally, the role requires the ability to relocate to Modesto, CA prior to starting work, reflecting the need for an in-person presence to ensure seamless front desk operations.

Job Requirements
