Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk role
- Ability to greet and interact amicably with children and parents
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate scheduling and office software efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependability and punctuality
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace

Job Qualifications

- Experience with computer scheduling software

- Keeps swim instructors and customers on time
- Answers phone lines

- Willing to work some evenings and weekends
- Preferred swim lesson or competitive swimming experience
- Knowledge of the four basic strokes, teaching curriculum, and stroke progression
- CPR and First Aid certified
Job Duties
- Welcomes visitors and clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone
- answers or refers inquiries
- Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications
- collects and mails correspondence

- Maintains safe and clean reception area and lobby including restrooms
- Maintains client accounts by recording accurate and up-to-date information
- takes client payment when necessary

- Assists clients with retail merchandise
- knowledgeable of all retail products and information

- Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels
