The Front Desk Agent position is vital to maintaining the smooth and secure operation of our residential community. This full-time role is designed for an individual who is not only courteous and mannered but also attentive to the safety and well-being of residents and visitors. Acting as the first point of contact for anyone entering the property, the Front Desk Agent’s responsibilities extend beyond typical desk duties to include monitoring building security systems, coordinating deliveries, overseeing visitor access, and supporting both residents and staff alike. This position requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to handle various administrative and customer service tasks, and the capacity to respond calmly and effectively during emergencies. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service, preferably within hospitality or property management settings, and possess the ability to communicate clearly in English, with additional language skills considered a plus. In executing their role, Front Desk Agents contribute to upholding an atmosphere of professionalism and security. Their duties include greeting residents, vendors, and guests, managing package deliveries, monitoring video cameras, and ensuring restricted access to residential floors. Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate
- ability to compute basic arithmetic

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate
- minimum 2 years of customer service experience preferred
- proficiency in English both verbally and non-verbally
- ability to input and access information in property management systems and point of sales systems
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- experience in hospitality or property management industry preferred
- ability to remain calm and use good judgment during crises
Job Duties
- Greet visitors, vendors, residents and their guests
- verify and supply guided access to residential units
- coordinate and handle all deliveries including packages, flowers and restaurant food
- control and monitor security cameras
- monitor building's exterior doors and maintain secure environment
- monitor and control guest/vendor access to residential floors
- collaborate with building staff and attend to resident and guest needs
- review daily front desk procedures and facilitate communication between unit owners, maintenance team and property management
- maintain all areas in a professional and clean manner during shift
- follow all safety and security policies, programs and procedures
- handle crisis situations during emergencies or fires
- answer telephone calls professionally
- perform other duties as assigned by management
