Job Requirements
- Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing
- Ability to work flexible days and hours including holidays and weekends
- Experience in customer service
- Friendly and proactive attitude
- Comfortable using POS and computer software

Job Duties
- Selling daycare enrollments
- Leading tours of our facility
- Booking Meet & Greet appointments on the phone
- Making phone calls to leads
- Following-up with Pet Parents and Dogs via phone and text
- Posting to Instagram and Facebook
- Using computer software including MS Office and iOS
- Multi-tasking while delivering customer service and supporting Canine Coaches in playrooms
- Cleaning and maintaining a safe environment
- Managing a POS system
- Greeting every visitor
- Understanding and embodying Dogtopia's Noble Cause and team culture
