We are currently seeking enthusiastic, organized, and business-minded individuals to join our team as Canine Concierges. This is a part-time opportunity perfect for candidates who love dogs and want to contribute to their positive development. The role requires proactive engagement, enthusiasm for customer service, and a strong desire to improve personal and professional skills in a dynamic environment. At Dogtopia, employees not only have the chance to work with dogs daily but can also bring their own dogs to work upon successful completion of training. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for selling daycare enrollments and leading tours of our facility. You will also handle booking appointments, answering phone calls, and building strong relationships with our clients while promoting Dogtopia's unique values and culture. Additionally, this role involves social media postings, computer use, managing a POS system, and maintaining a clean, safe environment for all guests. Job Requirements

  • Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing
  • Ability to work flexible days and hours including holidays and weekends
  • Experience in customer service
  • Friendly and proactive attitude
  • Comfortable using POS and computer software
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Job Duties

  • Selling daycare enrollments
  • Leading tours of our facility
  • Booking Meet & Greet appointments on the phone
  • Making phone calls to leads
  • Following-up with Pet Parents and Dogs via phone and text
  • Posting to Instagram and Facebook
  • Using computer software including MS Office and iOS
  • Multi-tasking while delivering customer service and supporting Canine Coaches in playrooms
  • Cleaning and maintaining a safe environment
  • Managing a POS system
  • Greeting every visitor
  • Understanding and embodying Dogtopia's Noble Cause and team culture
