Job Requirements
- Complete front desk training at Burke Williams training facility
- Ability to work in multiple departments including concierge, front desk, and spa attendant roles
- Ability to stand and walk for 95 percent of the shift
- Ability to lift items for organizing and cleaning spa and retail areas
Job Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a luxury wellness or spa environment preferred
- Sales experience or aptitude
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Job Duties
- Create meaningful experiences by anticipating guests' needs and providing warm, welcoming interactions
- Engage and serve guests by building genuine connections and guiding them through membership programs, gift cards, spa services, and retail offerings
- Lead with expertise by confidently recommending services and products that align with guests' needs to drive sales
- Ensure smooth spa operations including managing guest check-ins, transactions, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with guests, team members, and leadership to support efficient and excellent service delivery
- Support community outreach initiatives such as the Blue Heart Warrior and Hands for Hope Foundation programs
