The position available is for a Guest Service Representative, who will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression of our hotel and ensuring our guests enjoy a smooth and pleasant stay from the moment of arrival until departure. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Guest Service Representative will be responsible for greeting and registering guests, managing reservations, performing hotel operator and concierge duties, and settling guest accounts efficiently. This role requires a blend of exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and operational competence.

The Guest Service Representative must exemplify a positive and professional demeanor, consistently upholding a high standard of appearance and confidential handling of guests' private information. Multitasking capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues are essential for success in this role. Candidates will be expected to handle guest complaints tactfully, use persuasive selling techniques to maximize room bookings, and adhere strictly to hotel policies and safety regulations.
