The Front Bar Receptionist role at Face Foundrie is a critical position that contributes to the overall success of the facial bar by creating an inviting and positive environment for every guest. Primarily responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, the Front Bar Receptionist acts as the first point of contact and ensures that all guests receive top-notch attention and care. As part of the responsibilities, the receptionist performs key duties such as greeting clients warmly, answering phones with professional phone etiquette, making product and service recommendations, and working closely with the salon manager to maintain inventory and store standards. They must exceed sales goals by actively promoting Face Foundrie’s product line and encouraging clients to engage in treatments that suit their skincare needs. The position offers opportunities to learn and grow through paid training sessions and ongoing monthly development programs, ensuring employees are always up to date with the latest industry trends and company standards.
Beyond customer service, the Front Bar Receptionist supports operational efficiency by adhering to all company timekeeping procedures, assisting with store cleanliness, and following all safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols to maintain board compliance. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of guest service experience, with additional experience or interest in sales, marketing, and the salon industry considered a plus. Job Duties
