Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one year of guest service experience
- availability on weekday evenings and weekends
- motivated, positive, and hardworking attitude
- ability to follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to meet sales targets
Job Qualifications
- guest service experience of at least one year
- sales and marketing experience
- salon experience preferred
- current esthetic students preferred
- ability to maintain positive and hardworking attitude
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of face foundrie
- meet or exceed sales goals set by the salon manager
- explain, sell, recommend face foundrie products
- work with the salon manager to notify when supplies are low
- assist in all in-store operational processes
- ensure store standards are adhered to at all times
- accurately follow all company time keeping procedures
