The role of Front Bar Receptionist is pivotal to the overall customer experience at FACE FOUNDRIÉ. This position demands a personable, motivated, and positive individual capable of creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for every guest as they enter the facial bar. Responsibilities center around delivering exemplary guest service, effectively managing client interactions, and maintaining the front desk’s smooth operation while supporting the sales and marketing objectives of the brand.
As a Front Bar Receptionist at FACE FOUNDRIÉ, you will be the first point of contact for clients, representing the face of the company. You will demonstrate high standards in customer service and ensure that guests feel valued and well cared for. The role requires meeting or exceeding sales targets set by salon management, which includes recommending and selling FACE FOUNDRIÉ skincare products and services. Collaborative work with the Salon Manager includes monitoring inventory levels to maintain adequate supply stock and assisting in operational store processes to meet daily business needs.
In addition to sales and customer engagement responsibilities, the Front Bar Receptionist must adhere strictly to company policies regarding timekeeping, sanitation, and hygiene to comply with board regulations. You will be responsible for keeping the salon environment clean, orderly, and well-stocked at all times to support an exceptional service experience. Attendance at mandatory training sessions and team meetings is a key part of staying informed about product knowledge, service techniques, and updated safety protocols.
Employment type for this position is flexible, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities with schedules that include weekend availability. - Minimum one year of guest service experience
- Experience in sales and marketing
- Salon experience preferred
- Current esthetic students preferred
- Availability to work weekends

Job Duties
- Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ
- Meet or exceed sales goals set by the salon manager
- Explain, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products
- Work with the salon manager to notify when supplies are low
- Assist in all in-store operational processes
- Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times
- Accurately follow all company timekeeping procedures
- Attend mandatory training and team meetings
- Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services to ensure board compliance at all times
- Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times
