Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
availability during weekdays daytime
excellent communication skills
strong organizational skills
ability to multitask effectively
friendly and professional demeanor
prior experience in customer service or sales preferred

Job Qualifications

guest service experience
sales and marketing experience
preferred salon experience
current esthetics students are preferred

Job Duties

demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ
meet or exceed sales goals set by the salon manager
maintain an organized schedule
explain, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products
work with the manager to notify when supplies are low
assist in all in-store operational processes
ensure store standards are adhered to at all times
accurately follow all company time keeping procedures
attend mandatory product training and team meetings
follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services
keep the store clean and fully stocked at all times
