As a Front Bar Receptionist at FACE FOUNDRIÉ, you become the welcoming face and first point of contact for all guests. This role is pivotal in creating memorable client experiences by greeting each visitor warmly and setting the tone for their entire visit. The position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, beauty-focused environments and who genuinely enjoy building meaningful connections with clients. Beyond being just a receptionist, you embody the company’s mission to not only provide excellent customer service but to also inspire and educate clients about skincare options, products, and services. You will take pride in managing the client flow efficiently, recommending suitable products and service add-ons, and supporting the esthetician staff to ensure each treatment and appointment proceeds smoothly and professionally.
In this role, your responsibilities will span operational support, client engagement, and marketing initiatives. You will manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs while maintaining cleanliness and readiness across the store’s treatment, retail, and back areas. You will support estheticians by preparing treatment rooms, handling linens and supplies, and upholding rigorous sanitation standards in compliance with state regulations. Additionally, you will play an active role in promoting FACE FOUNDRIÉ’s brand by assisting with in-store and local events, setting up promotional displays, and contributing to social media content creation during paid working hours. Your professional attitude, detail orientation, and ability to multi-task will contribute greatly to the smooth operation of each location and the overall guest experience.
FACE FOUNDRIÉ offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, requiring availability during weekends, evenings, and certain holidays. The work environment is fast-paced and team-oriented, where communication skills are as important as technical know-how. Having prior guest service experience, preferably in retail or wellness, and familiarity with point-of-sale systems like Boulevard enhances your ability to succeed in this role. Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet every client warmly and maintain high service standards
- meet or exceed sales goals including memberships, products, and add-ons
- manage client flow by checking guests in and out and keeping appointments on schedule
- recommend and demonstrate products to clients

- keep the store clean and fully stocked including treatment and retail areas
