Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of guest service experience
- availability to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays
- reliable and detail-oriented
- ability to maintain professional attire and punctuality
- compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- strong interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of guest service experience
- sales or retail experience preferred
- salon, spa, or wellness experience a plus
- strong communication skills
- welcoming and professional demeanor
- familiarity with Boulevard point-of-sale system a plus
Job Duties
- Greet every client warmly and maintain high service standards
- meet or exceed sales goals including memberships, products, and add-ons
- manage client flow by checking guests in and out and keeping appointments on schedule
- recommend and demonstrate products to clients
- follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
- keep the store clean and fully stocked including treatment and retail areas
- support estheticians by preparing treatment rooms and handling linens and supplies
- participate in marketing activities including in-store promotions and local events
- assist in setting up promotional materials and displays
- participate in social media content creation and brand marketing events
