Job Description

Frito-Lay is a leading snack food company known for its wide range of popular products enjoyed by consumers across the United States and beyond. As a subsidiary of PepsiCo, Frito-Lay operates as a large-scale manufacturer and distributor of snack foods including chips, pretzels, and other savory treats. The company is committed to delivering high-quality products through efficient and innovative distribution channels while maintaining strong customer relationships and operational excellence. Frito-Lay is recognized for its employee-focused culture, offering competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career advancement within one of the most dynamic sectors of the food and beverage industry. Their nationwide network and commitment to sustainability make them a top choice for professionals seeking a rewarding and stable work environment.

Frito-Lay is currently seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to join their team. This full-time role involves delivering, stocking, and merchandising Frito-Lay products at a variety of retail locations including grocery stores, convenience stores, and other retail outlets along an assigned route. The ideal candidate will operate a company delivery truck safely in accordance with Department of Transportation regulations and company policies. Responsibilities include unloading products, stocking shelves and displays, rotating inventory to ensure product freshness, and building eye-catching promotional displays designed to increase product visibility and customer sales.

In addition to the physical and operational tasks, Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives at Frito-Lay play a vital role in maintaining excellent relationships with store managers and retail staff. They are expected to provide superior customer service, track inventory levels, complete route paperwork accurately, and uphold merchandising standards to maximize sales opportunities. The role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000, which typically corresponds to an hourly wage of $28 to $36. This position also provides opportunities for overtime pay, performance bonuses, and sales incentives tied to route sales volume and successful product display execution.

Frito-Lay encourages a work environment focused on safety, professionalism, and team collaboration. This role is suited for individuals who enjoy a blend of driving, sales, and merchandising activities, and who take pride in contributing directly to the success of Frito-Lay’s product distribution network. Full-time employees often benefit from a comprehensive package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) retirement plans with company matches, potential pension benefits, paid time off, paid holidays, company uniforms, and employee discount programs. Route bonuses, sales incentives, and overtime opportunities further enhance earning potential, especially on high-volume routes. Joining Frito-Lay as a Delivery Driver or Route Sales Representative offers a stable, challenging, and rewarding career path within a respected and growth-oriented company.
