Frito-Lay is currently seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to join their team. This full-time role involves delivering, stocking, and merchandising Frito-Lay products at a variety of retail locations including grocery stores, convenience stores, and other retail outlets along an assigned route. The ideal candidate will operate a company delivery truck safely in accordance with Department of Transportation regulations and company policies. Responsibilities include unloading products, stocking shelves and displays, rotating inventory to ensure product freshness, and building eye-catching promotional displays designed to increase product visibility and customer sales.
In addition to the physical and operational tasks, Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives at Frito-Lay play a vital role in maintaining excellent relationships with store managers and retail staff. - must be at least 18 years old
- valid driver’s license
- ability to safely operate a delivery truck
- reliable and punctual
- ability to lift heavy products
- flexible to work overtime when needed
- must follow company policies and safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- experience in delivery driving or route sales preferred
- strong customer service and communication skills
