The role of Shift Lead is critical in upholding the company’s standards and ensuring smooth operations during each shift at the combined locations of Angie’s Lobster and Angie’s Prime drive-thru restaurants. This is a hands-on leadership role paying $20.51 per hour, ideal for experienced food service supervisors ready to take on responsibility and lead by example. Shift Leads are tasked with managing daily shift operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience, maintaining rigorous food safety and quality standards, and fostering a cooperative and motivated team environment.

As a Shift Lead, you will play a central role in coaching and supporting staff, providing training, and supervising work to ensure high standards and efficiency. You will handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally, guaranteeing satisfaction and positive feedback. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring inventory, coordinating with other departments, and overseeing the proper use and safety of kitchen equipment such as fryers and grills.

This position requires the ability to work efficiently under pressure, multitask with ease, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. As part of your responsibilities, you will be cross-trained in all positional duties including opening and closing the restaurant, contributing flexibility and leadership that supports business continuity. This role demands physical stamina, including standing for extended periods and operating various kitchen appliances safely.
