Job Requirements
- Previous kitchen experience is always a plus but a great attitude with a hunger to learn may trump experience
- a team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude
- manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils
- ability to stay positive and composed under pressure
- ability to accommodate the physical requirements of the job: lifting, bending, long periods on your feet
- high school diploma or equivalent is desirable
- applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary

Job Duties
- Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible
- follow prep list created by management
- follow recipes to build scratch-made menu item components
- work on a line creating sandwiches, salads and flatbreads
- maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash etc.
- ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines
- perform other kitchen duties as assigned
