We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pasta Maker to join our kitchen team. This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about Italian cuisine and eager to master the art of fresh pasta making using our specialized Italian pasta extruder machine. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards and consistency our patrons expect. The Pasta Maker will be responsible for producing nine different styles of fresh pasta, ensuring the restaurant never runs out of our signature handmade pasta varieties. Typically, pasta making takes place over five days, requiring 4-5 hours each session, offering a balanced schedule that fits well with other culinary duties. Candidates will receive comprehensive training on operating the pasta extruder machine, ensuring safety and efficiency. This in-person, paid position offers competitive compensation ranging from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour and includes paid training benefits. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Operate the Italian pasta extruder machine to produce fresh pastas
  • Ensure consistent quality and preparation of nine different pasta styles
  • Monitor pasta inventory to prevent shortages and maintain adequate supply
  • Follow food safety regulations and handling procedures
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the pasta preparation area
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to align pasta production with daily restaurant needs
