Job Requirements

  • Ability to operate Italian pasta extruder machine after training
  • Commitment to work five pasta making days of approximately 4-5 hours each
  • Attention to detail in food preparation
  • Ability to follow food safety guidelines
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Proven background in food preparation or cooking
  • Experience with Italian cuisine or pasta making preferred
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Operate the Italian pasta extruder machine to produce fresh pastas
  • Ensure consistent quality and preparation of nine different pasta styles
  • Monitor pasta inventory to prevent shortages and maintain adequate supply
  • Follow food safety regulations and handling procedures
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the pasta preparation area
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to align pasta production with daily restaurant needs
  • Participate in training to continually improve pasta making skills
