- experience in complex and large-scale events

- experience with group facilitation
- available for flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- join virtual planning meetings with corporate and nonprofit partners
- take ownership and responsibility for on-site event setup and breakdown
- manage event check-in process and greet guests warmly
- coordinate roles with venue, staff, and partners
- troubleshoot on-site challenges such as missing supplies or technology issues
- communicate updates, photos, and videos to the Event Team during the event
- assist with repacking and labeling materials for return shipping
