- Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, or client-facing roles
- Professional demeanor and confidence in working with senior executives

- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with evening events (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights)

Job Duties
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for events (dinners, roundtables, conferences)
- Manage event setup and breakdown in coordination with venue staff
- Pick up printing and event materials on the day of the event
- Ensure branding, signage, name badges, and materials are properly displayed
- Greet, register, and support senior-level delegates, speakers, and clients
- Keep the internal Blend team updated during the event
- Troubleshoot issues quickly and professionally
- Provide event recap notes and photos to the internal team
