Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, or client-facing roles
  • Professional demeanor and confidence in working with senior executives
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to problem-solve in real time
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible with evening events including Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights

  • Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, or client-facing roles
  • Professional demeanor and confidence in working with senior executives
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to problem-solve in real time
  • Reliable and punctual with flexibility for evening events
  • Results-oriented and motivated
  • Ability to clearly understand and articulate complex things in simple language
  • Passionate about learning and development
  • Experienced with customer service, events, recruitment, hospitality or sales
  • Passionate to be part of a new and exciting business with growth opportunities

Job Duties

  • Serve as the on-site point of contact for events including dinners, roundtables, and conferences
  • Manage event setup and breakdown in coordination with venue staff
  • Pick up printing and event materials on the day of the event
  • Ensure branding, signage, name badges, and materials are properly displayed
  • Greet, register, and support senior-level delegates, speakers, and clients
  • Keep the internal Blend team updated during the event
  • Troubleshoot issues quickly and professionally
  • Provide event recap notes and photos to the internal team
