The role available at Emeline is designed for a passionate, positive, and creative leader who values team spirit and strives for excellence. This position involves leading and organizing the food and beverage team to ensure the success of the restaurant and related outlets. Responsibilities center around sourcing products, collaborating closely with the restaurant team, and planning and executing new menu items. The individual will play a crucial role in meeting financial targets and setting high standards of excellence across the hotel’s Food & Beverage program. Working in close partnership with the Executive Chef, this role ensures seamless food production and consistently delivers superior guest experiences. We seek candidates who bring not only skill and experience but also the right cultural fit, a guest-first mindset, and the humility to manage high-pressure situations with grace and composure.

In this leadership capacity, the individual will oversee daily kitchen operations, guaranteeing food quality and presentation meet the establishment’s high standards. They will contribute innovative and thoughtful ideas for menu creation and lead recipe testing and refinement. Additionally, inventory management, stock control, and order placement fall under their purview. Supervising and mentoring team members to foster growth and maintain a positive work environment is fundamental to this role.
