Currently, Aimbridge is seeking a dedicated General Manager for its Four Points Ontario-Rancho Cucamonga property, located along the iconic Route 66. The General Manager will serve as the pivotal force driving the property's success by overseeing daily operations, managing financial performance, and ensuring top-tier guest satisfaction. The role demands a strong leader who can inspire and manage a team while cultivating relationships with owners, community leaders, and corporate clients. As the facility's ambassador, the General Manager is expected to uphold operational standards, develop and implement sales strategies, and maintain compliance with company policies and legal regulations. A keen aptitude for budget management, revenue maximization, and staff coaching is essential to advance the property's marketplace position and profitability.

Additionally, the General Manager will engage in enhancing operational systems and utilize reporting and technological tools to optimize business processes. Job Requirements

  • valid driver's license for the applicable state
  • at least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field or 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience or 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience
