Job Duties

  • Responsible for opening register, preparing and completing paperwork for assigned outlet in an organized manner
  • Maintain accurate cash balance and handle money securely according to established standards
  • Handle forms and equipment necessary to complete settlement of checks
  • Answer telephones and handle guest inquiries in person or by telephone
  • Check all supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels
  • Responsible for security and accuracy of assigned bank and accountable for all overages and shortages
  • Understand basic food preparations and knowledge of appropriate beverage services
