Situated on the Las Vegas Strip, this expansive resort features a blend of fine dining, upscale accommodations, vibrant nightlife, and exceptional guest services. Committed to excellence, Resorts World Las Vegas prides itself on delivering unparalleled experiences to visitors from around the globe. The resort employs a diverse team of professionals dedicated to upholding its prestigious reputation and providing guests with an environment that feels welcoming, secure, and meticulously maintained.

The Fountain Worker position at Resorts World Las Vegas plays a critical role in setting the stage for an outstanding guest experience. As the face of the Food and Beverage service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, the individual in this role brings energy, attention to detail, and warmth to every interaction. This is a dynamic role requiring the handling of order processing, customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area. Working with a positive and professional demeanor, the Fountain Worker uses the company POS system to efficiently process customer orders and payments, ensuring guest satisfaction is prioritized. Stocking products, packaging orders with essential condiments according to guest preferences, and maintaining a sanitized, organized workspace are critical responsibilities. The role also demands flexibility, as shifts may vary between morning, swing, and graveyard hours. This position requires obtaining and maintaining job-specific certifications including food handler and alcohol awareness licenses, demonstrating compliance with Resorts World’s rigorous standards.

Beyond the basic duties, the Fountain Worker embodies the spirit of hospitality that defines Resorts World Las Vegas by adhering to the company’s core values. Team members operate as ambassadors of the brand, maintaining a safe, secure, and clean environment while ensuring that guests receive attentive and courteous service. This role not only requires physical stamina and attention to operational detail but also excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. The Fountain Worker must be at least 21 years old and possess at least six months of experience in high-volume counter or fast-food service settings, ideally within hospitality or luxury resort environments. Attention to professional appearance and demeanor is essential to uphold the resort’s high standards.

In summary, this opportunity provides a chance to work at one of the most prestigious locations in Las Vegas, offering both career growth and the satisfaction of contributing to a memorable guest experience. With a commitment to safety, security, and hospitality excellence, Resorts World Las Vegas seeks to support its team in reaching their full potential while delivering best-in-class service to its guests.
