Massachusetts Mentor is seeking a Family Resource Worker, a position offering a salary of $50,000 per year. This full-time role is dynamic and varies daily, offering an engaging work environment where no two days are alike. The Family Resource Worker will be responsible for a range of critical tasks that support the organization's mission and the well-being of the foster youth and their mentors. Key responsibilities include managing the annual contractual review process for Host Home Providers, providing timely and accurate information to the matching team regarding homes available for placement, and maintaining compliance through regular auditing and file management. This role also involves collaboration with management to develop and implement a Mentor retention strategy, coordinating ongoing appreciation activities for Mentors, and facilitating continuing education sessions to support the development and morale of the Mentor community.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human services
- Two years of related human services experience preferred
- Meet all state-specific regulatory requirements
- Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills
- A commitment to quality

Job Duties
- Responsible for the annual contractual review process for Host Home Providers
