- Review and assemble erection drawings for custom and standard projects
- provide training and mentorship to drafting staff
- recommend updates to drafting materials
- review manufacturing and warehouse mechanical drawings
- troubleshoot and resolve design challenges collaboratively
- oversee drafting workflow and project efficiency
- maintain drafting standards and documentation
