Job Requirements

1-2 years minimum of barback experience or similar role in a bar setting
able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
must be able to stand 8 hours
have high cleanliness standards

Job Duties

Maintain a pleasant and friendly demeanor at all times
keep the bar stocked with liquor, syrups, glassware, napkins, and all necessary items before and during service
prepare garnishes, refill ice wells, change beer kegs
keep the bar area neat and clean
coordinate with managers and bartenders to ensure efficient service to guests
keep back-stocked liquor inventory and additional bar supplies organized
perform other related duties as assigned by the manager
