- 1-2 years minimum of barback experience or similar role in a bar setting
- able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- must be able to stand 8 hours
- have high cleanliness standards

Job Duties
- Maintain a pleasant and friendly demeanor at all times
- keep the bar stocked with liquor, syrups, glassware, napkins, and all necessary items before and during service
- prepare garnishes, refill ice wells, change beer kegs
- keep the bar area neat and clean
- coordinate with managers and bartenders to ensure efficient service to guests
- keep back-stocked liquor inventory and additional bar supplies organized
- perform other related duties as assigned by the manager
