The role of the Former Saint Restaurant Host for the AM shift involves being the initial point of contact for guests dining at the Former Saint Restaurant situated within the Hyatt Regency Denver. The AM shift hours are from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, and candidates must have open availability for morning shifts including weekends and holidays. The primary responsibility of a Host is to welcome guests warmly and create a lasting first impression, setting the tone for the guest's entire dining experience. As a Host, you will manage table seating arrangements in a manner that optimizes the flow and efficiency of the restaurant, as well as accommodate guest preferences whenever possible. This role also involves providing accurate information about the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations based on guest preferences, answering any questions guests might have, and assisting with carry-out orders to ensure seamless service.
